"Went here for a COVID-19 Corona Test. The conditions were horrible and very unhygienic here. Pathetic arrangements, no dustbins were put, no santizers were placed & there was no-one to check the temperatures at entry/exits. At the area/chair present for people to give their tests, no sanitization was done in between patients. We had to go get our own sanitization sprays from our car before getting our test done, which we had to get done due to the mandatory rule when traveling out of station. This being a private hospital for covid tests, one should feel more safe and secure. But instead, there arrangements were very very poor and no one had answers to this misconduct."

"When i reach there, receptionist ask for full amout of surgery she said before payment we cannot allowed you inside the room. Unprofessional staff Unhygienic Dirty floors Dirty bad sheets No soaps in washroom No one is taking care of medicines and patient AC is not working for whole day and when i ask a staff for help he said go down and tell to the reception that change my room and then he said but the washroom of other room is not working so i said we will use another rooms washroom but then he reply rudely ye koi dharamshala nahi hai jo kahi bhi jaoge. At night when i am in pain i called for nurse but after calling 4-5 times no one is coming. When they discharge me no one is coming to drop me outside even the lift is not working, my attendent carry me in his hands and bring me down from stairs and the hospital staff is watching but no one helped us. At last i said dont go to that hospital even they treated you without any fee because a roadside clinic is better then this hospital."

"One of those typical places that will never respect your time. This morning, I called the hospital for general consultation. I was told that the doctor will be available from 11am-1pm. When I reached there at 11.30, they called the doctor to know his whereabouts and the doctor then suggested to have online consultation. What the hell. I could have had online consultation from my home also. Pathetic service. PLEASE START RESPECTING OTHER’S TIME."

"They are doing corona test keeping patients standing on road and park for 3-4 hours. I was suffering from fever and not able to even stand properly. In that situation they said we can't help you have to wait outside . Its will take approx 3 hrs for your turn. What a facility."

"Worst hospital i have ever seen in my life, without payment they are not even alot the rooms but after payment there is no one to listen your concern for any single thing you need to go and ask atleast 5-6 times after that they are going to response. Its my personal experience please go to any street bengali doctor but dont ho with this hospital and dont suggest to anyone. Unprofessional staff, unhygienic environment...... pathetic condition of everything. I dont even give one start if there is an option to not give the stars."
